Lydia Moneyhun, LMT

Lydia Moneyhun, LMT, graduated from Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage. She has extended her education by attending classes in Gua Sha (Scraping Therapy) and Cupping, Thai Massage, as well as yoga teacher training. She is consistently learning and training with more experienced therapists, focusing on several different techniques and modalities. Lydia’s main goal is to educate each individual client in different skills to maintain the success found in massage.

 

Stephanie Kurtz, LMT

Stephenie graduated from Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage in 2015 and from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Roane State Community College in 2023. Stephenie specializes in whole body wellness evaluating the individual, their environment, and their daily living activities to provide an in-depth therapeutic session to improve the body’s homeostasis as well as ease the mind and soul.

Stephenie not only specializes in therapeutic massage, she also provides cupping, gua sha, trigger point therapy and craniosacral techniques to aid in the relief of headaches and migraines. Her mission for each client is to feel heard, understood, and seen during each session and beyond.
