Stephenie Kurtz, LMT

Stephenie graduated from Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage in 2015 and from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Roane State Community College in 2023. Stephenie specializes in whole body wellness evaluating the individual, their environment, and their daily living activities to provide an in-depth therapeutic session to improve the body’s homeostasis as well as ease the mind and soul.

Stephenie not only specializes in therapeutic massage, she also provides cupping, gua sha, trigger point therapy and craniosacral techniques to aid in the relief of headaches and migraines. Her mission for each client is to feel heard, understood, and seen during each session and beyond.

In the upcoming months, Stephenie will be providing wellness classes, seminars, and workshops to the community. She believes in promoting flexibility and breathwork while sharing her therapeutic touch, providing couples massage workshops to encourage communication in touch, and leading movement classes designed with everyone in mind.

On a personal note, Stephenie is a Knoxville native and has been married to her beloved Jacob of 10 years. They have two fur babies named Ginger (orange tabby) and Kiki (the void). In her free time, she loves cooking, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
