

Qi Gong Schedule:
- Every Monday morning at 11 AM with Rebekah Knause at Balanced You Clinic on Baum Drive
- Wednesday Nights 6:30-7:30 PM with Mark Drake at Balanced You Clinic on Baum Drive
Qi Gong classes incorporate gentle flowing movements which improve mobility, coordination, and balance. The ancient Chinese practice of QiGong (pronounced “cheegong”) leaves participants feeling relaxed yet energized at the same time. The exercises are done standing, or seated if necessary, and provide a gentle, pleasant meditation in movement.
The movements increase the flow of energy, improve focus and concentration, and promote feelings of peace and calm. Qi Gong is a “come as you are” practice – wear the clothes you have on, no experience is necessary.
This is an ongoing class and the cost is $5 per session. RSVP is not currently required for qi gong class.
