QiGong with Rebekah


New Qi Gong Schedule:


Rebekah Knause’s QiGong classes incorporate gentle flowing movements which improve mobility, coordination, and balance. The ancient Chinese practice of QiGong (pronounced “cheegong”) leaves participants feeling relaxed yet energized at the same time. The exercises are done standing, or seated if necessary, and provide a gentle, pleasant meditation in movement. The movements increase the flow of energy, improve focus and concentration, and promote feelings of peace and calm. QiGong is a “come as you are” practice – wear the clothes you have on, no experience is necessary.

Rebekah is new to teaching QiGong but is very passionate about sharing this wonderful practice. From Rebekah’s personal practice including the study of Chinese Medicine, QiGong provides a platform to teach more about the energetics of Acupuncture. Rebekah believes that adding the practice of QiGong to your acupuncture treatments is a great way to speed up the healing process.
