  • Cost – $10 per session

Qi Gong classes at Balanced You Clinic incorporate gentle flowing movements which improve mobility, coordination, and balance. The ancient Chinese practice of QiGong (pronounced “cheegong”) leaves participants feeling relaxed yet energized at the same time. The exercises can be done standing or seated if necessary and provide a gentle, pleasant meditation in movement. The movements increase the flow of energy, improve focus and concentration, and promote feelings of peace and calm. Qi Gong is a “come as you are” practice – wear the clothes you have on, no experience is necessary.
